NCHE Evening Event: Implications of MACRA

Register today to learn about MACRA!

Last year Congress and President Obama approved a bipartisan bill for United States healthcare reform, the bill known as the "doc fix" bill, or "MACRA," which stands for Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015. Our speaker is Ms. Jean D. Moody-Williams, RN, MPP, who is the Deputy Director of the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). She works with a team to lead policy activities for a range of CMS quality reporting and value-based purchasing programs covering hospitals, physicians and ambulatory settings.

As an independent chartered Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, National Capital Healthcare Executives is authorized to award 1.5 hours of ACHE Qualified Education credit toward advancement or re-certification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualified Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or re-certification.
